頭痛和偏頭痛

每個人在某個時間點幾乎都會經歷頭痛/偏頭痛。


頭痛可能是由於壓力,疲勞,脖子周圍的壓力或緊繃(枕下肌肉)引起的,可導致宮頸源性頭痛,頭部(包括顳區)和肩膀因肌肉張力或上背部的關節疲勞而引起。它也可以從視覺障礙,鼻竇刺激,不良的睡眠姿勢事故/頭部受傷開始。


我們的治療方法包括採用全身方法,並確定下巴,背部/脊柱,頸部,骨盆,踝/腳,腿長差異的張力/補償區域。


整骨者通過柔和的操縱,拉伸,釋放肌肉張力和關節拉力的技巧來平衡這些補償區域,從而減輕疼痛并更有效地改善活動能力。
